You will need to request a Borrower Assistance Package, complete the informational forms, and submit it back to us in person, via email, or fax (650) 231-1310. Please let us know if you need an alternate method for submission of your package.
Items needed to evaluate your request for assitance include:
- A letter explaining your current situation and hardship
- Your last 2 months pay stubs or verification of any income
- Current financial information statement (form enclosed in the packet)
