What do I need in order to use UHCU's Online Branch?
In order to use the Online Branch, you must first have a connection to the Internet and an account at United Health Credit Union.
What types of accounts can I view with Online Banking?
You are able to view all of your UHCU accounts including savings, checking, certificates, IRAs, and loans.
If I make a transfer or withdrawal, how soon are the funds transferred or taken from my account?
The Online Branch is in "real time", which means that as soon as you complete a transaction the results can be seen immediately by viewing the Account History screen.
What is Bill Payment?
Besides obtaining account and loan information, you can use the Online Branch to pay your bills. All you need to do is enter the payee's name, the amount to be paid and if the payment is recurring or a one-time payment.
What constitutes an eligible payee?
You can pay anyone in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) for both personal and business reasons. You can pay your babysitter, your VISA bill, or even yourself. You may not be able to pay businesses outside of the United States, or government agencies, such as the IRS.
